PROJECT 12

A water supply line to a toilet on the second floor of the home malfunctioned, causing water to continuously run for approximately 24 hours before being noticed. The water leak led to significant water damage, affecting the second floor bathroom, hallway, and several rooms on the lower levels. Water seeped through the ceiling and walls, damaging drywall, flooring, and insulation.

Water mitigation efforts were immediately initiated to extract water, dry the affected areas, and prevent mold growth. Specialized equipment, including dehumidifiers and air movers, was used to expedite drying. Following mitigation, a comprehensive remodeling project began. This involved repairing the drywall, replacing flooring, restoring damaged insulation, and remodeling the affected bathroom area. New plumbing fixtures were installed to prevent future leaks, and all areas were inspected for any hidden damage. The project was completed with a fresh coat of paint and the restoration of damaged living spaces, ensuring the home was fully restored to its original condition.
